Great: Spotless room and hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Fine WiFi and lots of well-placed electrical points to recharge devices in the room. Great, bright breakfast room, lots of choices of food (but some weren't great (butter croissants, please). Secure elevators (will not work without room key card). Room is well arranged for desk work.Coffee, tea, a few snacks free in lobby until 4 p.m. daily. Not so great: hard to find, only entrance is up steps at a corner in a building that is also a parking garage. Hard to enter with luggage because of the steps and no ramp.
