This is certainly one of the best hotels I know. Perfect service, perfect rooms, everything is just right. The breakfast is just amazing! The so called living room is a very sweet spot to sit down, drink a coffee and chat with your travel companions.
I needed to suddenly arrange a dinner for 12 people during a trade show (Anuga) and the Capella Breidenbacher Hof in Dusseldorf came through. A dining room was provided, very high quality facility. The service, food and ambience was second to none. Simon Schiebel, the manager, organized everything perfectly. Thanks!
The must beautiful hotel in Dusseldorf ,, and in The world I will stay here again and again and again soon Thank you so much for everything and for all of hotel stuff Thank you again... Saud almalki 0
Breidenbacher Hof, a unic and enigmatic place to be. I just spend 13 days there in september. I 'm always amazed by the warmness of the staff. But there's smething really special in that hotel that you will never fine somewhere els. It is the charme of the hotel himself, a smart mix of oriental and west european achitecture high quality design. A smart mix of taste and colours. I always feel at home here in this hotel. I always call this palace my second home, because here the all staff makes me feel at home. By the way, here you will find the best breakfast you have ever had, with alot of variety of exotic fruits, bread, honey, fresh coconut and many many good things to discover Highly recommanded
Professional and friendly staff that went above and beyond to accommodate every need. The rooms were cozy with a modern outlook. The location was just perfect for all shopping and many excellent restaurants nearby.
İ visit this hotel several times, this is bo doubt the best hotel of Düsseldorf, Very profesyonel staff, good beds, Location is in the citt center Very clean rooms, en much space. İ travel a lot en i can say is one of the best of europe
From the time you walk into this hotel, you know you're someplace special. Everything was top notch. From the room to the service. You are made to feel welcomed. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it to was delicious. I especially like the common area for guests where you can get drinks and snacks.
Location, atmosphere, facilities and restarant was very good. Only dissaponitment was the price of breakfast, 45 Euro while service and quality was excelent. Free miniber service and free shoe cleaning was also excellent.
I stayed here twice during a week, each for a night. One night I was upgraded to an Acapella Suite which was gorgeous. The other night i had a deluxe room which was also nice except that I woke up smelling cigarette smoke. The hotel is an excellent location in the dead center of the city. It has an indoor pool and a small gym which were adequate. Breakfast in the hotel was a nice buffet and dinner in the lobby area was also good and offered good value for money (the restaurant is under renovation). The home-made ice cream was about as good as Berthillon in Paris. Someone else wrote a review commending Simon, a concierge. I also remembered his name and he made an impression on me as well. He is above average and quite personable. The hotel offers spa services and some of the services are quite good. I think the "dark massage" is a bit overrated and not worth the premium. The Steigenberger Park hotel is a block away; it does not have much of an exercise room and no pool. The Intercontinental looks like it has a very nice facility but it is about a mile away and I didn't visit it; i don't think the hotel is on the same level as the Briedenbacher. This hotel was recently renovated top to bottom and the rooms are gorgeous. The area immediately outside was recently renovated and has a lot of spit and polish to show for it. It's a pleasant part of town and you can walk anywhere in the center in less than 10 minutes. There are a lot of wealthy Arabs taking up summer residence here; the building is owned by a Kuwaiti and you will see lots of Gulf summer birds in the lounges, the lobby and the surrounding areas. Your reward: The hummus and babaganoush on the breakfast buffet is some of the best I've ever had. One thing annoying about the renovation: There are no night lights in the bathrooms, so it's either very bright or completely dark. You'd think they might have thought of it. It would also be wise to put a list of other Capella hotels in the room; I asked what other hotels were part of this chain and the front desk people did not know. The hotel is roughly 15 minutes from the airport or 10 minutes from the train station by taxi. It's a good city hotel; I'd probably want to try out the Intercontinental which was recently renovated and which looks like it has all the other amenities you might want on an even better scale, assuming that its location is also in a decent and convenient part of town.
Excellent location-right in the hearty of the city. Very helpful staff. Comfortable with all the amenities one needs for a luxurious stay over. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom a delight. The guest only lounge area was great-hot and cold drinks and snacks available at all times. We had a thoroughly enjoyable 2 night stay.
