The location was ideal. It was close to the Bahnhof and tram stops. The room was good size and clean. The body lotion, conditioner bottles, tissue box were empty and were not refilled before the guest arrived. Also, the noise outside could be heard inside the room, which woke me up at 6 a.m.

Nice room. Good breakfast. They need to tell people when they check in that if you’re staying 2 nights they still won’t service the room, even if you hang a “Clean me” sign on the door. Bar shuts really early even for residents so you have a very limited choice in a small fridge. Good location for the train station

I enjoyed my stay but the bathroom light and some electrical outlets around the bed were not working in my room. Other than that I had no problems with my stay. The inclusion of water faucets with filtered water around the hotel was a great touch.

Lots of litter and un housed people living and sleeping in the street. They used the hotel benches to sit on all day was panhandled 2 Times In the area. Hote was very nice once inside.

Excellent hotel, almost wished could have stayed longer...arrived late because of train disruption so did nt have long to enjoy my room. Would stay again if in Dusseldorf. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and good wifi. Good value.
