Ground floor, remodeled studio in the heart of historic downtown Durango in the Jarvis Condos. 1/2 block from Main Avenue. The studio has a full modern kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a queen bed, A/C, internet, Smart TV, and a dedicated off-street parking spot. The historic Jarvis Building has onsite coin-operated laundry, a secure entrance, a fenced outdoor shared patio, and a downtown Durango historic feel!
Step into a quaint space where comfort meets convenience. The cozy bedroom and well-appointed bathroom create a delightful retreat after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy climate control with heating and AC, making every season comfortable. Small touches like a hair dryer and iron add ease to your stay. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this condo offers a perfect home base.
The studio is in an historic building in downtown Durango within walking distance to excellent locally-owned restaurants, shops, galleries, nightlife, cafes, and public transportation!
Early check-in requests and late check-outs are considered for a $50 fee. Contact the host to inquire if the unit is available for early check-in or late check-out. Use of the parking spot outside of the check-in and check-out times is also subject to a fee.

You will hear outside noise while in the street level condo at night, on weekends and holidays, and during any festivals that are happening in town during your stay. The district can be lively! There is a white noise machine and disposable ear plugs in the closet inside the unit. The studio is in a historic building with historic building sounds. You will hear the door at the main entrance opening and closing. You may hear noise from the unit upstairs. The building is old (the condo is modern!), so associated noises will occur.
You will have the entire studio to yourselves along with access to a shared outdoor patio.

Four and a half stars for sure! The host was very responsive. The studio is in an excellent location near the Main Street. Parking was very convenient- we parked close by and walked everywhere during our stay. The building is historic and really very cool.The studio was well appointed. We did have a hard time sleeping as the people upstairs were up talking super late and we could hear everyone coming and going. The second night we heard the base from a speaker in a bar nearby. There is a sound machine and ear plugs provided, but we were still kept up. Otherwise- I would give it 5 stars!
