"Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Would have liked to have more hot choice items like sausage links home fries. Waffles were good. Had trouble with the Wi-Fi. Difficult to connect and maintain a connection. Would definitely stay again! Staff was great!"

"We waited longer than 30 minutes to check in. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable that my kids didn't hardly sleep. The blanket we got for the bed had bug pieces on it (yes, dead bug pieces). We took the coldest showers we had ever taken in a hotel room because they ran out of hot water. I have never had a hotel that ran out of hot water!!! And the room heater/ac kept malfunctioning, with negative temperatures outside, our room was SO cold. Overall, it was the worst stay we ever had in a hotel. "

"My stay was for 2 nights, my first complaint is the bottom of the door into the room had a 2 inch gap on the very bottom, my arm up to my elbow could fit under. I put the ironing board against the door to block the gap but if someone wanted to look under and watch everything I did in the room they absolutely could without the block. Another complaint is that the shower did not work the second night. The water would not hold pressure at the bottom faucet, and it would not move up to the shower head. On a positive note, breakfast was good, the breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. The cinnamon rolls were amazing."
