Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that due to low staffing, our room would not receive regular housekeeping services (trash removal, cleaning, or sheet changes). We were advised to bring out our own trash and request towels as needed. This was understandable and not a major issue for us. However, we were concerned by the overall lack of cleanliness in the hallways and common areas. Throughout our three-night stay, we noticed crumbs, trash, and dirt that remained untouched. These spaces appeared neglected and were not cleaned at any point during our visit. While we understand that some of this may be due to inconsiderate guest behavior, we hope that staff and management can take steps to better maintain the property and ensure a more welcoming environment for all guests. On a positive note, the room itself was reasonably clean and appeared recently renovated, which we appreciated. We hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to ongoing improvements.

The Hotel had alot of mold I was having trouble breathing with Asthma and ended up going to a different hotel which was inconvenient to move everybody at 11:00pm at night the front desk person was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience overall the hotel itself wasnt bad

The property was close to the freeway and Jay Cooke State Park. Overall I would rate as a good value. The room was also quiet and had been updated. The breakfast was on the weak side, the parking area and outside of property needed some patching and painting. I’d give a B minus overall.

Not enough staff. No elevator. No room service when staying there. You have to get everything yourself when staying there. Also, you have to vacuum yourself. Again, not enough staff. Laundry rooms, they charge 5 dollars an hr. Cost me 10 dollars for the 1 wash and 1 dry. Never have I spent that much. Swimming pool has no chlorine in it. The surface on the bottom of pool is chipping off. Just wear water shoes if you have them. Breakfast is ok. You like the jimmy dean sausage sandwich’s, waffles, and cereal everyday. Thats what you will be served every morning. I can’t complain about the staff that are showing up for work. The staff is 100% friendly.

You enter by going down a flight of steps outside into the lobby I was not told about a ramp entrance until I checked out. Economical - nice location with free parking and easy access to freeway

Sufficient

Generally, it was sufficient. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I slept. The backing on the shades was crumbling, but they kept the light out. There was mold on the shower curtain, but it kept the water in the tub, and I wasn't licking the shower curtain. The toilet seemed like it came out of a daycare, extremely small. Breakfast was okay. You could make waffles or have toast and fruit. There were breakfast sandwiches in the cooler that you could heat up if you wanted. They were good. Overall...sufficient.
