The room smelt like mold really bad. The heater did not work.It was thirty 23 degrees that night outside. The shower sprayed water everywhere. I reserved a room for a week after one night.I told them I was leaving and I wanted to refund, and I haven't heard a word from them yet. I took a video of the room before I left. Girl at the front desk says she would check me out.Found out later, she had me still register.Just staying and I was at another hotel.

This hotel is awful. I couldn’t stay here. I slept in my car at a the Pilot rather than stay in this dump. Do not stay here! It’s in a bad area and there are people tweaking out in the parking lot. The security guard doesn’t care about anything. I seriously am so upset about this. That’s $80 down the drain. There’s a bunch of junk in the parking lot and no places to park. Disgusting place.

They room didn't appear to have been cleaned properly. Food under microwave glass player, dirty refrigerator, ac didn't blow cold. I've got pictures and I need to see if all my charges were refunded. My brother was having open my heart surgery off Union and 2nd. After I saw the room condition,I immediately went to the office, they said look at another one!!! Yeah I'd like to bring roaches into a cardiac ICU .

The first room I was assigned had clearly been smoked in. The staff was very kind and got me a new room. The second room didn't smell as bad, but there were cigarette burns in the comforter and a dead bug on my bathroom sink. The living room area didn't have a light and the place couldn't have been more bare bones. I would not return.

I’ve waited a while to leave this review from how upset I was. I had to stay here for 2 weeks as I had just moved back to Colorado after losing my significant other 3 months prior. I got my room, and the service I received was awful. The front desk was standoffish from check in. Then my AC went out, when it was fixed, they left a large puddle of water that was not cleaned. I ended up having to ask for towels. I was also ignored for days after saying my door wasn’t working. They kept giving me new keys and I kept informing them that they were not working. I was on the second floor so I had to keep going up and down. Ultimately I got locked out my room, the maintenance guy couldn’t even open it. I couldn’t get in after work. I ended up having to leave. It was awful the lady treated me so awful for no reason. She made my stay miserable, more than what I already feel. I tried leaving and because I bought it here, thy would not refund or let me leave. I was stuck. They made it up with one day extra, but it was still just such an awful experience. The place is ran down and nothing is cared for. I also recorded the calls in case you need them.

This was all the money we had as we were waiting for our apartment to be ready and this place smelt like old dirty water they had bugs in the bathroom and kitchen area. You need a key card for certain parts of the property and people would just get in the car to open the gate. A lady was passed out in front of the building half the night. No screens on windows with a view of trash everywhere. This is not a place I would recommend or will my family and I ever return I should be able to get my money back. Horrible place disguised with everything

Gross, sketchy, and stinky. The doors were always locked to the lobby (or at least when we got there that evening and when we left the next morning) and there wasn’t anyone there at all when we tried to check out, so we called two different numbers, only to get a 24 hour security guards number for their mailbox to be full. The nonsmoking room was still very stinky and the walls and windows had evidence of some kind of smoking residue. Couldn’t find a trash can and one of our pillows didn’t even have a pillowcase on it. There was a small bar of soap and shampoo and conditioner, which is more than I expected. The lampshades have stains and are smashed up pretty good. The pictures must have been taken when first built. More of a permanent living thing I think. Get what ya pay for I guess.
