The room that we stayed in was very smelly. The restroom door handle was broken. The property is in a convenient location close to highway! Gentlemen on desk was very polite and had great customer service!!

From the front entrance it smelled like Marijuana smoke to the elevator to the 2nd floor There was a few roaches i spotted crawling on the wall by the bed,couldnt get comfortable due to that

When we arrived, there was nobody at the front desk. There was a sign directing people to use the phone to call for assistance, but the phone was broken. The key-accessed door to enter the building was not operating properly. The hallways leading to the room smelled like urine. The room was not clean - there was a roach in the room and there was some hair on the counter and in the sink. After all of this, we did not feel safe staying in that hotel.

Maid service every 2 weeks and smells like cigarettes and weed. Noisy especially at night and no customer service from the front desk. Pillows are flat and you have to beg for new towels! Never going back there ever again!!! For that price I would have thought maybe you would have a better experience with a coffee maker and breakfast in the morning!

Don’t stay here!

The hotel was not maintained well. The hallways stunk - the tv did not work. It’s understaffed so could not get assistance. They would not move us to a different room and said no one could help us u til the GM got in Monday! We left without staying the night but was told they could not refund us.

I paid for this booking in advance with Expedia. The toilet in the room was not working and they had no other room available! I had to book another room at the hotel across the street. I want my money back please!!

Our room stank, infested with roaches and our stove did not work. We had brought this awareness to desk staff, they never asked if we would like a partial refund or if we would like to be switched rooms. Do not recommend staying here
