Breakfast is unsanitary, the plastic butter serving cups were all open in the fridge. The attendant was more interested in working his phone than helping operate the pump thermos for coffee. The rooms are ratty, the ventilator in the bathroom doesn’t function. Finally, housekeeping does not make up your room or bring towels unless you ask. When you ask the front desk they say that we should know this. I asked, if there are no signs or notifications, how are we supposed to know this? I wish that I could leave zero stars, because I don’t trust these people. I’m going to make them check my room tomorrow morning when we check out, because I am concerned that they might say that I did something to the room and take my deposit.
The bed was lumpy and the property was nothing special. It was clean enough. Staff was fine. Sketchy people in parking lot.

It's a little challenging to find the entrance amongst all the other hotels in a very small area. Once you enter though, it's very clean, neat, well managed, and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel over the others closeby - worth the extra few sheckles.

I didnt stay here. My business trip was canceled because I got sick and my employer exercised an appropriate level of precaution due to COVID-19. The hotel, and Orbitz, were equally inept at providing good customer service - in this case, refunding the more than $900 I spent on unused hotel rooms. They were advised more than 24 hours in advance and refused to deviate from an unreasonable no-refund policy. Very disappointed. Bottom line, someone should give that money back. Anything less is morally questionable.

Enjoyed my 4-night stay close to the convention center. Quiet room. I used the exercise room and pool daily. The breakfast was very good and freshly cooked eggs, bacon, or sausage exceeded my expectations. Bed was very comfortable. I used the refrigerator and microwave once when I arrived and did not have a need for it again. My room faced west so I did not have the morning sun shining under the curtains.
Clean hotel near my child's campus that had availability for us. Not many impressive rooms in the area so this one was nice and clean
Booked 2 rooms and arrived 1 hour after check in. Front desk gave us room keys and when we went to the rooms. The housekeeping staff were in there and said the rooms were not ready. While waiting in the hallway for awhile, they continued to work on others rooms and not ours. We moved to the lobby and waited 1 hour for our rooms to be finished. Management was not around. When we checked out, they assured me that I would receive a small discount back but I had to call Orbitz for it. Then when calling Orbitz, they said they couldn't help me either because the hotel wont answer their phone to confirm the details I gave about my experience. NOT GOOD!
hotel is nice close to UNT where I went to drop of my son. The only problem I had was That I had reserved a two bed, room. when I went to my room there was only one king size bed. The problem was solved very quickly. I was given a two bed, room. The problem came when I saw that I was charged again for the second room. when I called the hotel they stated they only charged me once and they could not help me and to call orbit or file a claim with my bank. I think the lady at the desk made the mistake of charging me again. But they will not look into it.
Room was nort clean McDonald's wrapper was behind the bedside table. The TV remote did not work

Melody who made breakfast every day I was there made my stay enjoyable. She made me feel at home. She really works hard to prepare a great breakfast with love. She is also the reason I'm going to stay there next week and any other time I'm in Denton, TX. The hotel could use some maintenance and updating. But her breakfast that was better than any hotels I've had helped me overlook the repairs that were needed. I now realize why breakfast is the best start of your day.

Made a quick trip to Denton for a drum & bugle corps show. The Comfort Inn was perfect for our needs. the hotel is ideally located off of US Highway 380 and Interstate 35. The stadium was located northeast of the hotel which meant that all of the construction on I-35E (lots of construction south of where I-35 splits to Dallas or Ft. Worth) was avoided! The room was very clean and the property is very well maintained. Once we turned in for the night, it was very quiet. The next morning we enjoyed a yummy breakfast! We were very satisfies with our stay and will definitely stay there again!
