The beds were clean and comfortable and I slept great. However... I walked into the lobby on arrival and the floor was being jackhammered out. Everything was covered in dust, they kept working while I tried to communicate w front desk staff over the noise, and we had figure out where to step as we carried our bags over uneven, ripped up floors. The room stank, there was sand in the tub, trash under the chairs, and crumbs on the seat. The pool was closed. It felt like a cheap roadside motel with decent beds.

Great place, pool & hot tub were out of commission though.

I arrived right at 3 pm for check in for my reservation i made 2 weeks prior and the woman at the front desk said that they are overbooked from the night before and are understaffed so our room isn't ready yet. I told her i made this reservation weeks ago and we were right on time for check in, it isn't our fault that they are understaffed and overbooked. We already had this reservation, it's not like we just walked up off the street asking for a room. So she gave us our room keys after i complained.

Room was not well maintained. On the side of I-35 so its noisy.

The hotel was neat and quiet, the beeakfast was also very good, will recommend it. I stayed for 5 days, would have been 5 stars if they left extra trash bags in the room or have housekeeping to check room.

It was a wonderful stay. The front desk was so welcoming and friendly ☺.

Property was clean. I did not care for the afternoon person at the desk. She was rather short when speaking with me. The breakfast that was included was a brown bag containing a muffin and water. Not at all what I expected. Could not get clean towels or any room clean up. I was told that was not being offered at this time by the afternoon desk person. Lastly I was charged incorrectly. But I was Assured that the correct totals for my room(s) would show up on my credit card statement within five business days

We were in town for a camp. The hotel was close to the facility where the camp was held.

After the WORST treatment from spring hill Marriott I was so happy we were able to be accommodated. Staff was so friendly and checking In was not an issue.

Best hotel ever. Great breakfast! Only marked it down a bit because the bed was a bit hard.

MY friend and I were lost from the airport to the hotel. He tried his best to help us on the phone, and showed real concern. We finally found a policeman, who said that Caesar's directions and the GPS was correct, but due to construction many signs were down. We were there for a childhood friend's funeral, and I called ahead to ask if just a few family members could come and sit in the lobby, so we could be some place quiet with kids on a Saturday night. Caesar made sure we were comfortable.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If I'm every in the area again, I will definitely stay at this location again.

Great stay. Clean rooms and good location. Very friendly staff given that it was Christmas.

My mission was an overnight business trip, solo. I use Hampton Inns wherever I can, since I know what to expect. This one in Denton TX was in keeping with my expectations; courteous staff, clean facility, no hassles. Would recommend.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Access was a little confusing for someone who doesn't know the area but not to terribly bad. Did not get to check out the pool area but it looked nice . Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed 4 night's here while visiting my daughter and grandson. The room was clean and of good size since my daughter and grandson stayed with me. Free continental breakfast was enjoyed most mornings before we started our day. Conveniently located and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Hampton Inns always have the best beds. The price may be slightly higher, but it is worth it. Friendly staff. Clean and neat in hallways, check-in area and rooms. A hot breakfast with a good selection.
