Decent hotel at a reasonable price

The grounds are lovely and well maintained and the staff very accommodating. However, the room itself was in need of a fresh coat of paint and water came out of the shower/bath onto the floor where fortunately a small drain had been installed. It is a short walk to the beach or you can take their free shuttle. For the price, I would stay there again.

A pleasant stay near Sanur beach

The hotel has a very quiet and pleasing environment. It's close by the beach with 5 mins walking distance. Staff service was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. We will most likely stay here again on our next visit.

A beautiful surrounding with intermittent wi-fi

The room was simple but where this hotel really shines is the ambiance. Right off of a busy street, you only have to walk through the lobby to be transported somewhere amazing. A beautiful pool (that is always warm since it sits in the sun all day) with beautiful trees all around. It's very relaxing. The only issue I had with our stay was the Wi-Fi. When it worked it was a decent speed but it cut out often for long periods of time and the staff didn't seem to understand the problem. Aside from that the hotel was wonderful and their restaurant makes delicious food.

Puri Dalem stay

The Puri Dalem in Sanur, Bali was absolutely wonderful. The setting was gorgeous with luscious greenery and a heart shaped swimming pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious....banana pancakes an noodles and eggs were our favorites. The room was clean and spacious and they accommodated us with an additional bed for a third person.

Hard to beat on a budget

Room for myself and two buddies, three of us total. Most booking sites required two rooms, but the Puri Dalem allowed for an 'extra bed' charge, and literally supplied three beds ( the third was a little smaller). That made the cost for the three of us the lowest of any site in Sanur or Kuta beach that I could find online. Very good upkeep of the premises, very peaceful and pleasing environment. Minutes walk to the beach, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise. I will most likely stay here again for the quality and price.

Lovely and near the beach

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was helpful and pleasant, the pool was lovely, and the rooms were charming. The breakfast was not great, but perfectly passable. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Overall, this hotel was a good value for the money.

This hotel is typical Bali. The hotel staff are very friendly and more than ready to make you comfortable. They do speak English acceptably. The rooms are not Sheraton quality but they are quite nice and comfortable. Free wi-fi is available. The pool is nice and the landscaping around it and the rooms is very nice. It is located close to the beach as well as to several 4 star hotels. It is also close to KFC, Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's if you need a 'Western' touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Overall, the Puri Dalem hotel was a pleasure to stay at.

Overall, the Puri Dalem hotel was a pleasure to stay at. That said, on my return trip to Sanur I chose another hotel. A few of the things I liked about the hotel were: -There were lots of flowers / green plants around the grounds -Overall there was a serene feeling. -It had a pool. -It was very economical (by western standards). -Was within a 5 minute walk to one section of the beach. -There was a free shuttle to a great stretch of beach that left pretty much whenever you wanted (with a few minutes’ notice). -There was air conditioning and hot water that worked well. -The Internet connectivity was satisfactory for Indonesia. A few of the things I did not like about the hotel were: -The staff was quick to sell you tours given by their friends for tourist prices. -These tour guides hang out in the lobby and just in front of the hotel, so there is no avoiding them. -The breakfast was decent and had a good feeling (as there were locals there eating with us), though I got the feeling that the hotel was okay letting locals show up for free food, use of the pool, etc. -The TV was very old and did not get many channels clearly. -The bathroom was not well ventilated and smelled horrible. -Although inexpensive, other hotels in the area (which were not selling online) were almost half the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here .It was friendly and good value There are some points to note however. If yoy want a hotel on the beach it is a 10 minute walk over a busy road with some difficult Bali pavement to negotiate The pools and grounds were excellent and well maintained Staff very friendly and helpful Bedrooms are variable.We has a standard room with a kingsize bed. It was awful with water stained cielings, damp with plaster off the wall, no lock and non closing bathroom door, cracked floor tiles etc and very dark with no views. We changed after two nights and the room was much better overlooking the pool, basic but clean and tidy.. The free airport transfer was not available if booked with hotels .com This is more an local Indonesian hotel rather than a Western one but you need to see som rfeal Bali

Don't stay here please

I would advise anyone against staying at this hotel. The room was dirty, the sheets soiled and the bathroom full of mold and rust. The service staff refused to put my calls through. Finally, I got really ill after eating at the restaurant.

호텔의 상태는 컨추리 스타일로 정감이 있는 형태의 호텔이었고, 호텔내에 2개의 풀장이 있어서 수영을 즐기기에 아주 좋았으며 특히 1개의 풀장은 성인이 수영하는데 손색이 없느 크기와 물의 깊이가 아주 적당한 풀장이고, 다른 하나는 어린이도 함께 할수 있도록 물높이가 다른 형태의 풀장이었다. 호텔내에서 식당도 그렇게 가격이 비싸지 않으면서 고급요리는 아니지만 가격대비 만족도가 높은 레스토랑이라고 생각을 합니다. 호텔의 방은 넒직하고 욕실등이 최신 도구는 아니지만 있을 것은 다 갖추고 있는 호텔이었고, 특히나 더운물도 아주 잘 나와서 사용하느데 전혀 불편함이 었었다. 교통는 발리 텐파르샤 공항에서 40분 정도 소요되면, 택시로 이동하면 크게 무리가 되지 않으며, 호텔에서 택시을 예약해서 이용하면 바가지 요금이나 불친절 같은 것은 거정하지 않다도 되는 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 근처에서 해변에 가려면 10분정도 걸어서 가면 가능하고 택시 등 차량을 이용하면 쉽게 접근이 가능한 위치였습니다. 호텔근터에 생필품이나 물 등을 구입이 가능하고, 발리 생산 초코렛 등 간단한 선물도 구입이 가능한 상점이 있어서 편리하였습니다. 호텔에서 발리의 야시장이라고 불리는 시장도 도보로 가기에는 20분정도 소요되는 거리이고 차량으로 간다면 5분이면 접근이 가능한 위치에 발리 야시장이 있어서 야간에 전통 공예품이나 음식점 등 다양한 볼거리와 먹을 거리을 겸비한 야시장이 있어서 하루 이틀 시간보내는데는 아주 좋은 장소가 있었습니다. 그런데 발리는 대부분 차량이나 오토바이를 타고 이동을 하므로 도보로 가기에는 가는 길이 조금은 불편하고 위험해서 차량으로 이동하는 것을 추천합니다. 호텔에서 풀장에서 수영하면 가능한 휴식은 발맛사지를 받을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다름 호텔에 비교하여 가격이 바싸지 않았으며 수영장 근처에 휴식하면 맛사지를 받으면 피로가 한꺼번에 풀릴 정도로 정성을 드려서 주물서 주어서 아주 좋았다고 생각이 되어서 저의 경우는 가는 날은 잘 몰라서 써비스를 받지 못했지만, 그 다음날 부터 귀국할때가지 매일 맛사지를 받고 왔습니다. 푸리달램 호텔의 지붕은 발리의 전통 가옥처럼 초가지붕으로 이어져 있는 아주 정감있는 풍경을 느낄 수 있고, 주변의 정원관리나 나무의 관리 상태도 매우 잘 다듬어 져 있다고 생각이 됩니다. 단지 호텔의 층간으 방음이 잘 이루어 지지 않아서 2층에서 이동하는 발자국이 아래층에까지 들리는 것은 약간은 개선 되어야 될 부분이라고 생각이 되는데 열대지방의 건축자체가 나무로 건출된 2층 건물이므로 방음에는 한계가 있는 것으로 생각이 됩니다. 다행이도 호텔의 방이 죽 연결되어 있는 것이 아니도 단층이나 2층으로 구성되어 있면서 분리도니 단독건물로 건출되어서 옆의 건물에서 잡음은 거의 들을 수가 업서었습니다. 아마도 편안한 휴식을 하면서 지역을 여우 있게 둘러보는데는 호텔비용의 가격대비 가성비가 아주 좋은 호텔이라고 생각이 됩니다. 본 호텔은 가족하고 조용히 2~3주 보내는 곳으로 아주 적당한 호텔이라고 추천드리고 싶은 호텔입니다

チェックイン当日は夜遅く、次の日には朝早くからレンボンガンへ出発だったので、乗り場から近くてよかったです。チェックインチェックアウトは簡単で時間をとられず。それもよかったです。 ただ、やはり清潔感には気になるところがいくつかありました。特にお風呂。しかし１泊だったのでそこまで気にならずに宿泊できました。次の日レンボンガンツアーの方にはお勧めです。

Beautiful surrounds, clean, airy, large room. Cheaproom. Excellent, inexpensive resto Very happy polite accomodating staffs. Will definitely come back.
