Great staff, very helpful and lovely. Room was modern, with Balinese features and always spotless. Food was varied and delicious at lunch and dinner as well as breakfast. Pools were all nice and well maintained. Spa services were varied and enjoyable. Facilities had been upgraded since our last visit. A beautiful oasis near all Sanur shops and restaurants at a good price. Will be back-again!

No curtains on the windows for privacy. We travelled together and were supposed to have adjoining rooms, all arranged and viewed 3 months ago, but were placed far apart which was frustrating and inconvenient. The reason given for the change didn’t make sense. There was a large very noisy group of friends staying there and congregated on the terrace next to one of our rooms, starting their racket early in the morning and continuing through to late at night and no one censured them or asked them to move to the lobby where they wouldn’t have caused such disturbance. My daughter had to shift from her first room because the bathroom was sub standard, and then again from that room so she could get some sleep, ending up in an upgraded room far away from mine. I’m sure I paid for a better standard of room than we were allowed. The staff are lovely and so helpful, the gardens are beautiful and the location is excellent, the beds were comfortable but the pillows were not.

After searching different hotels, booking, cancelling a few, we ended with Swastika. To our surprise it’s a beautiful peaceful property without the noise of Sanur traffic. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable. We gave a 4 rating for cleanliness because we saw a cockroach crawling across the room 😝. Cook to order breakfast is delicious. Menu changes daily. The pools were great with good temperature.
