A superb hotel, right on the beach & a short stroll to the Restuarants. All the staff are so helpful. A great idea with the beds on the beach that no reservations can be done so no hogging unused beds if left unattended for 45-60 minutes. 👍 The food and service was impeccable. We loved it here 10/10

Booked a King Club Access Deluxe Room and it says "view varies", however, was given room 3131 during check-in and the "view" was a wall with a tiny balcony. Due to the wall, the whole room was very dark. Asked for a room change the next morning and was granted, room 3201 is much nicer. This was the only issue in the whole stay. Hotel itself was lovely, all the staff seems to love working there with a smile, everywhere kept clean and tidy. I would return but will make sure i get the room that I paid for at check in.

I love this property and the buffet breakfast was out of this world awesome clean rooms and beautiful beach and pull we were greeted with cold juice and an awesome staff the area around it was run down but the hotel is so awesome you never have to leave

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The area around the hotel has a lowkey beach vibe which is very relaxing. The staff is probably the best part of this hotel - courteous, helpful, and friendly.

Good: Services are excellent and restaurants are amazing! Bad: The room is pretty small and not sound proof at all… we could constantly hear staff and guest slamming the doors. I even got waken up by people talking outside of my room at 2am…. Also, a staff knocked on our door mid day and just came in without waiting for our response, it’s a very uncomfortable situation.
