This place is so cute! Very vintage-retro vibes, cool old gigantic bathtub in the room, nice pool and cafe area. I felt relieved that the price-point was affordable. It's on a quiet alley but right near the main street so you can easily walk to yoga, the beach, cafes, and groceries.

We stayed in the Deluxe Room, Pool Access. It had the wooden doors which made the room a little dark. Next time we would book the room with the large glass doors. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really liked the traditional building with grass roof and the tropical garden space. The pool bar is not in use. The room is adequate although, as many others have commended, tired and could do with a refresh. The air-conditioning was ok for June but preferred something more effective. I don't believe this would be sufficient in hot months like February. Great location, easy 5 minute walk to the beach front and many cafes. Very poor WiFi/internet connection. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area by the pool and in their cafe. Not great if you are a non smoker. Nice seating area outside. Sheets were not changed in 12 Days which is a bit disappointing. The photos online are true to the accommodation.

The photos are definitely misleading for this hotel. The rooms are very old and outdated. The extra bed that was put in our room was rusted and had screws sticking out that I had to screw in myself to avoid injury. The rate we paid for this accommodation was very over priced. It was very quiet. Although this was only a one night stay for us in between destinations. Personally I would not return to the cottages and if my stay was longer than one night I would have cancelled. The amenities were very poor, there was no soap or shampoo in dispensers. The bath was HUGE and no support rails to get in or out to shower. Non-slip may provided to place in bath while showering was very old and moulded.

It is a three star hotel so you get what you pay for. But was disappointed about the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. Staff were amazing and would go above and beyond for you.
