The staff were very friendly and generally the facilities were clean. They only issues were the lack of selection for breakfast, which was a bit limited, and that better maintenance for the rooms would be good.

Great place stay for the price

We stayed for 5 nights in this lovely little 3 star accommodations. PROS: The staff were very friendly, helpful and remembered our names. Super convenient to walk most places from here. Beach access via Shanti and the street is just around the corner. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Mattress firm but comfortable. Bathroom nice, good pressure and hot! As the property is a more small and intimate facility it doesn't have a massive pool like other places, but this suited us perfectly. Sari Villas is in a nice and quiet setting, a guard at the main entrance makes you feel very safe = A+. CONS: could be awkward for older or persons with poor mobility getting into the shower as it is quite a step over the bath to access. Breakfast, though included was not great. Eggs cooked to order were okay but overall the buffet could be improved.

wonderful location and near a great range of restaurants. Short walking distance to ICON mall A small quite hotel. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Down side the pool and stairs could use a safety rail for older visitors

Good on a budget

Overall not bad. Building quite old and could use a refresh. Hot water took ages to come through but pressure good. Breed ok but pillows rock hard. Breakfast enjoyable with good coffee. Nonetheless an overall comfortable stay.

The only flaws we noticed were the lack of a functioning plug in the bathroom basin and no hot water to it. For a 3 Star rated hotel it was a great experience. At an age approaching 80, we will seek to return to this place.

Great location in the centre of Sanur. Rooms are old but ok, shower in bath is difficult getting in and out plus shower rose poor. Breakfast is a buffet served every day cold! Straight from the refrigerator…lol..

You get what you pay for. The rooms are clean however there is no dining after the breakfast which is limited. Unfortunately we left with a bad taste in our mouth after they charged us for two new towels because we got zinc on the towel so be careful. I’ve traveled to Bali over 50 times and have never had that scenario thrown at me before. Very disappointing
