Enjoyable experience except the following.... 1. We were in a satellite building and had to walk a fair distance to the front desk area. 2. The desk chair in our room was deplorable. Looked like and functioned like a Goodwill reject. Did not fit the decor of the room, the lift was non functional, and it was quite dirty and worn.

Excellent stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel when we came into town. In general, we had a great day. The second time we came I left a note with our booking to have a pack and play in our room and they had already had it in our room before we checked in. The first time the breakfast there wasn’t the best but the second time it was better. I feel like there’s definitely room for improvement with the breakfast but overall, if you just need a solid meal before leaving back home, it’s not too bad. I really like those dispensers in the bathroom because they are full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Most hotels give you those really tiny bottles that only last for like one hair wash. The rooms are super spacious and clean. Very minimal noise is heard. You can’t even really hear the other guests doors closing. I feel like the pricing is very fair. It definitely fluctuates like any hotel but in general, it is very fair pricing for such a nice place. I don’t know her name, but there is a younger gal with blonde hair that works upfront. I believe she works during the check-in hours and she is so nice and kind and always is happy and has a smile on her face. Will definitely stay again.

So I was originally asked how my CHECK IN was and honestly... it was horrible. The person, Sandra, was very short and aloof. I'd ask her questions and she wouldn't even acknowledge them. At one point, I even asked her if I had somehow done something wrong because she was acting so rude. I was close to cancelling my stay and going to another hotel because of her. Honestly, I'm not sure why she is even working the front desk because she is anything but hospitable. Everything else was great, but Sandra and well, the toilet paper. Ironically, we could describe both of them as being very abrasive. Not trying to be clever here. Just telling you how they both affected our stay.
