The staff is amazing. The hotel is very clean with soft towels and nice bedding-just a bit dated but one of our favorite places to go to to get away for the night. The only bummer was the hot tub was cold this visit. Even still we had a great stay. We will definitely be back soon.

Emerald Shores Resort was a great place for my recent stay! The room was perfect for a short visit—clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. The location was incredibly convenient, especially being so close to the cheer competition I was attending. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the owner. He was kind, welcoming, and always readily available if I needed anything. That level of care made all the difference. I’ll definitely be back!

Staff was very nice. View of the ocean was great. Location was great. Room was clean...but had a musty smell. We just laid out dryer sheets. Not enough hot water for both of us to take back to back showers. Hot tub was luke warm at best. No coffee pot in the room...we asked for one and they brought us one...but it was not clean. We bought a new one. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The room was sub par. The rusted refrigerator, the rust stains all around the bathroom and the concave bed was unwelcoming. Also, the room was ao cold that the heater was not warming it. So, i tried to call the front desk but the phone was broken. I went down to the front desk and asked for a blanket and was treated poorly. I felt guily for asking after the way she reacted to my request. She acted like i wanted something illegal or asked her to climb Mt. Everest! I will not be staying here again.

Roaches were running all around the room. After the lights went out the roaches came out. We asked for a room change and we were told they didn’t have another available. The receptionist did not help with finding another room and we had to drive all night back home. We packed up quickly and got our stuff out of the room. The manager never replied by email or phone call to apologize or refund our money. Unfortunately, we had to contact our credit card for the refund, but we will loose our Expedia credit. We had to leave our luggage outside for three days in case we had hitch hikers. This was our worse hotel experience we have ever had.
