We chose this hotel based on the online photos, which looked great. Unfortunately, the actual rooms did not live up to the images at all. Both the guest rooms and the hallways had a very unpleasant, stinky smell. To the staff's credit, they did try to help by providing air freshener, but it didn't solve the underlying issue. Overall, we were very disappointed and wouldn't stay here again

The room was atrocious and felt neglected. The bed was sunken in the middle. There were stains and someone else’s hair on the bedsheets. The fridge, coffee maker, and microwave were dirty. The cracks of the chairs had dirt and crumbs in them. The rest of the furniture looked dirty. The lock to the joint room (which was not ours) was unlocked allowing for the residents next door to freely enter our room if wanted. The telephone in the room didn’t work. The outside balcony appeared unsafe to stand on and was mostly consumed with a huge puddle that would not drain/dissipate. The toilet seat was crooked and unstable. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. I have been itchy all over during and since my stay. For the price, I would assume better cleaning practices and quality. I have seen and stayed at cheap motels in far better conditions. Highly disappointed.

Solo trip to visit family for thanksgiving . The manager is so nice and accommodating. This is not a 5 star hotel a bit out dated with furniture but clean and worth the stay and the morning views are breathtaking.
