It is a low budget accomodation. Dayton Downton is 3 to 5 miles from the location. The bedsheet could have better washed. There are visible dirts. Air conditioner worked well but full of dirt. Bed is not too comfortable to sleep. It is good for 1 day stay for solo travellers.

It's a 2* property so you are going to get what you pay for. The check-in was great, very helpful person on the desk. There's plenty of parking. The property is showing its age. It could do with a general refresh. The room was OK, plenty of space and it was clean. The bedding, shower curtain and towels could all do with replacing....someone had burnt a couple of holes in the cover of the bedding, the shower curtain was stained and the towels should have been replaced awhile ago.

Do not stay here! Health hazard! Absolutely disgusting. Found bed bugs in the room and management completely refused to give me a refund when I brought it to their attention the exact same night. They do not care about health standards or basic customer service. Look somewhere else in the Dayton area if you want a clean, safe place to sleep.

Wasn't horrible but needs work. I had to clean the toilet seat before using. And you do get what you pay for. The floor seemed to have sand on it. There was no glass in the window. Thank goodness that the window was taller than me. But i was worried about sleeping. Other than that it was stay able.
