I decided to check out early; stayed one night instead of two. The desk staff refused to return the nightly per diem and refused to provide a receipt. I will have to file a fraudulent claim with my bank for the over charge on my credit card.

I will not stay here again and I question whether I will even use Hotels.com again after this stay. I use the site and stay in Wyndham Hotels most times and never once has a deposit been sprung at the property and when I contact Hotels.com to ask whether it says this on the listing for reservation, I am told that I am supposed to go to some secondary policies page where all this information lives. If I have never once encountered this issue, why would I go search an entire website for surprises in other areas. My wife had an emergency that forced her to stay here, I had to book/pay for the room on a card from a different city then surprise, $50 deposit CASH when she gets there. Not that there's a deposit but that it must be cash and all your representative has to say is, "well, at least they are only charging $50 and not the $200 it could be." I am sorry but, go screw yourself. That is your version of customer service, be happy, it could be worse. Pathetic.

Staff are rude as life room are clean but floors feel absolutely disgusting…. Hallways smell like cigs mixed with a weird smell house keeping aren’t the best thy come to clean at 9am and if you miss them you just miss them and have to wait until the next day the doors lock for the whole hotel at 10 so if your key stops working you have to ring a door bell at which they hate answering and will get an attitude with you soooo don’t work overtime pretty quiet fo th most part gets super busy on Saturdays and sundays

The outside of the property looks like it would be a nice place to stay. But inside it was very rundown. The hallways smelled strongly of weed and while the rooms looked clean, after looking closer it really wasn’t that clean. You could hear loud music being played most of the night. The owners Barry spoke English to it was difficult to even communicate with them. All in all I would not recommend staying here.

Don't stay here.

House keeping very rude. Room wasn't very clean. None of the outlets worked. Told the man at the front desk and he just said sorry and refused any additional help or to move our room.

Good value and stay

The hotel was a great value and met my needs for a short business trip. The room looks like it was updated recently and was comfortable. The TV was a little dated and the HBO didn't work but I didn't have much time for TV watching. I would stay there again.
