This property allegedly agreed to my confirmed stay on Expedia, I arrived and had no reservation on file in the middle of the night. The people at the front desk made minimal attempt to help fix the problem, deferring me to Expedia, who did nothing to fix or own the problem despite their blunders. Bottom line, I had no room despite booking months in advance, stressing me out over 600 miles from home. The area was sold out and I wound up at a Motel 6. Unfathomable horrible customer service for both Holoday Inn annd Expedie and unreliability. I would not recommend anyone stay here or be assured Expedia will have your room despite you confirming and paying them, you will be stressed and overwhelmed by the poor customer service. Vote with your money and go elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at a few different hotels in this vicinity, and this is the best one I’ve stayed at. It is ageing in a few areas, but the room was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was good, the bed comfortable, and the people kind.

Great for the price!

Stayed in Springfield while traveling through the area. Great option compared to other hotels around. Great for the price and value. The room was immensely clean with so much space!! My only complaint for the experience is while the walls from room to room seemed thick as I was unable to hear my neighbors, the walls between the rooms and hallway were thin. From the hallways you could hear conversations happening in other rooms and while in the room I could hear clear as day others in the hallway.
