Their water softener makes you feel like you’re covered in oil. It also makes the bottom of the shower slick. The beds were very comfortable. Other than the shower, it was a good stay.

Staff had great customer service. The previous shift was supposed to have are room on the first floor but their was some miscommunications so when we checked in it wasn’t available. They made this right and put us in a suite and gave us some snacks and drinks for the mix up. They did this on their own initiative. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We had a great experience.

Only reason I did not give this 5 stars was because the pool was closed. Wish that was disclosed prior to booking the room, kids were disappointed. Staff was great. Breakfast staff was the nicest I have experienced in quite a while. Even though the pancake maker wasnt working the staff came to our table and offered to make them for us in the back on the stove. Super great staff at this hotel.
