We stayed from March 31–April 3 and overall had a nice experience. Communication with the host was very good, and the check-in process was smooth and well organized. The house itself was nice, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group.The location was also convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. We found a great breakfast spot and enjoyed exploring the area. During our trip we spent time shopping, went jet skiing in Fort Lauderdale, and hung out in Miami. We had a great time overall.A few things could be improved. The sofa in the family room is noticeably worn and could use replacing, although that sitting area itself is a nice gathering space.The main concern was the pool area. I paid an additional fee to have the pool heated, but when we arrived on March 31, there was quite a bit of debris floating in the pool, making it appear unclean. Because of this, we did not use the pool during our stay.Also, on April 1 at around 8:30 a.m., the lawn service arrived and we were awakened by lawn mowers and loud leaf blowers near the pool area. Then on April 2, while we were sitting outside by the pool, a man entered the pool area and began cleaning the pool without any prior notice. It startled us, and we had to ask who he was before learning he was there for pool maintenance.Overall, the home was spacious, the communication was excellent, and the location was convenient. A little more attention to pool cleanliness and advance notice regarding maintenance
