I blame myself for not looking more into the property before booking. After receiving keys from the receptionist she was very nice. Get to the room the smoke scent meet you at the door. I didnt bother because it was like for less thN 5hours rest. The icing on the cake was when my daughter when to the fridge to place some fryits we bought earlier in it she was confronted with a ROACH as she opened the fridge. Never will i ever ever stay at an extended stay again.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a clear lack of communication and misinformation from the start. The room itself was in unacceptable condition. It had visible dirt, unclean bedding, and felt completely uninhabitable. The overall environment was unsafe and poorly maintained. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when I brought these concerns to their attention. They showed no urgency or effort to resolve the issues.

Terrible is a word that is not enough to describe my family experience nor mine. It was not humane. I booked 3 bedrooms for 4 nights. No customer service during late night. No one pick up the phone. Employees are well trained with the "Im sorry culture!" Bedrooms are dirty, dusty, non functional appliances, no kitchen utensils in bedroom (You have to ask them and pick them up at lobby when they are available. Need pillows and clean towels and blankets??? Sorry, no pillows available according to employees. Sorry, you have to bring dirty towels to the lobbyif you want clean towels. Sorry, Urgent line for emergencies is not available, they never picked up. Keys deactivate themselves and I had to go every single day to activate them. I spent 3 hrs in my car at 2am because my husband was sleeping and i had no key. So I went to the lobby to get another key, but no one solved the issue. I slept in my car!!!!! Dont stay here. I'll file a formal complaint with their corporate offices.

It was like a little home, they have all your basic necessities, even kitchen supplies that you’d need for a longer stay. The only thing I’d fuss about is the condition of some of the things inside the room. You can just tell nothing has been updated for a while. Other than that, it was really convenient as far as money and driving.

There was absolutely NOTHING Pleasant about this location. Doubles as a Homeless/Refugee Shelter instead of a Hotel. Windows showed signs of extensive rust buildup. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.
