My son’s hockey team was visiting for the weekend and understand that some can be very rowdy. We found the staff were over the top and threatening. Three boys were sitting in the hallway chatting at 10:30am outside our room and I was inside to monitor to ensure they were quiet. Next thing we know the police were called and telling the boys to go to their rooms. We will be recommending to the tournament organizers not to offer this hotel as an option. Felt vey unwelcome and stereotyped.

The front desk clerk was awesome. He was extremely friendly and signed me in with ease. I was in town to comfort a friend who had just lost a loved one. The hotel is beautiful and the room was lovely. Very clean. Smelled great. Nice big room nice big bed! I felt very special.
