Black mold, filthy place
In picture it all looked good Upon arrival, we realized that the place was not cleaned. There is only one bath and you will be exposed to black mold. Also the owner was well aware that the upstairs resident is a mentally disturbed psychopath and in the landlords own words , she knew of the danger that lurked . She do not disclose any of these issues, mold dirty uncomfortable furniture . I am asking for a full refund of my money especially considering that we had to leave a day early because access to parking and coming and going was halted because a the place became the sight of a shooting , police involved with the neighbor that all the people in the surrounding building were aware that the woman was a danger to herself and others. We could no go near the front patio because the area was yellowed yapped off and police informed us that we would need to be escorted ou, and we could not freely rerun The front patio area marked and taped off and the gun casings were within feet of the front door and there is no back door to the place.I want all my money returned that this awful place that did not deliver anything but sickness.We are seniors and black mold exposure is a serious issu. I am suffering breathing and congestion problems and my need to see a doctor if I am too compromised to heal on my own.
