Hotel need a lot of work

The room were humid and not comfortable. The air conditioner were leaking water. The carpet were soaking wet. The towels,sheets and pillow cases were dirty. I ask for full service for room to be cleaned. The bathroom door was not working properly, kept getting stuck. The water from shower were leaking all over restroom floor. The toilet were stopped up. There were mold under the restoom cabinet and pretty sure it were under and through the carpet due to air condition leaking on carpet. Overall they need a lot of work done. Icebox were not cool enough.

Bed very uncomfortable, TV in terrible place! (need in front of bed) Traffic noise loud! Thermostat on Air conditioner faulty. Took forever to get room cool. Would not stay here again. Staff was friendly.

This hotel was the best in this area. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. I really felt like they did everything possible to make my stay perfect. The bedroom was spacious and so nice as well. I already booked another stay for the upcoming week due to the great hospitality at this hotel
