I am 81, the nearest ice machine on my floor was not working , so I had to go to the end of the hall & climb stairs to find another one. The handle on the shower door was broken, & I reported both of these to the front desk.

It was a good option for seeing a show at the Granada theater. In high traffic too about 15 minutes but less on the way back . Price was right . Very quiet room .

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Terrible experience, very poor cleaning service at the hotel, reported to management on multiple occasions and the problem continued. The manager was rude and literally said that the problem was that I had too much time to complain. Rooms didn't get serviced even the day she assured me they would. Worst stay at a Marriott ever, and I'm frequent traveler, bonvoy member.
