clean room nice staff.. just didnt like that we had no control of the AC due to the sensor of movement so at night sleeping it got a lil warm so the room want that cool and refreshing

Staff ran my card before going over hotel policies and confirming of all occupants with me. Staff then told me that they didn’t have any rooms available for people with a service animal. I was questioned and interrogated about my personal need for my service dog, which is against Federal Law. Worse thing of it all, I didn’t get to stay at the Sonesta. I was charged my last amount of money so I couldn’t get a hotel room anywhere else. It took days to get my money back , and the deposit even longer. I AM ALSO A MEMBER OF 3yrs. No accommodation’s were offered, so I left feeling ROBBED.
