Wouldn't book again, but the Pool Area was Nice

I'll start with the good and end with the bad... The POOL and HOT TUB area is as nice as the photo and was our main reason for booking this hotel. We stayed 4 nights with 2 boys, so we did use the pool every day and the pool was the HIGHLIGHT. The BREAKFAST is minimal and very basic, as I expected. It has 2 waffle makers that make Texas shaped waffles (my son loved that) and they have fresh bananas & hard boiled eggs for some healthy options (I loved that) in additional to cereal and muffins. The coffee however was very disappointing and was watered down and not drinkable. I can drink bad coffee, as we are simple people, but it really is not drinkable. Our room was fine, but our fridge had an old yogurt and 2 sandwiches in it from previous guests. We left them in there because we didn't want the rotting food in our trash can in the room with us. And I feel terrible to add this, but I did kill 3 baby roaches, all on different days. Day 1 on the bathroom floor. Day 3 in the bathtub. And Day 4 in the sink (that was the creepiest, ick). This hotel definitely needs to change their pest control service and take care of that. People do not want to stay in a room with bugs. We survived, but we would not book this hotel again.

Needs some things looked into?

we had cockroaches in our bathroom, the windows and bed needing wipe down and they used broke instead of vacuum to clean carpets. The breakfast was lacking alit. The best experience was the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly .
