This is the place to stay!

Our first stay at Element and it was the perfect choice. Facility was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Finishes were modern and asthetically very pleasing.

perhaps stay away

Check-in person listless, didn't disclose several factors to us. Shower very attractive, but it took more than one minute to adjust water temperature; not at all good. Room temperature difficult to control. Hotel now charges $15 per day for parking. We like location, proximity to downtown, but in future we'll likely stay away.

everything was great except for the ac unit cycling. when blowing air was quieter thab the cycle of the unit kept me up all night will not stay at element ever again .great service staff clean really nice but being woken up every15 to 30 minutes is not condusive with a place id stay agian thank-you

Okay - overpriced

My room was nice. The location is nice, close to freeways and downtown. I was disappointed in the water pressure of my shower and other things in the bathroom. The parking was ok at $15 a day. The checkout time is noon, yet the cleaning folks knocked on my door at 11am. Over all it was okay.

The Element was very affordable for that area. The rooms were clean but if you took part in the breakfast, that was not. Tables were not cleaned and dirty dishes stacked in the corner. I thought looking at the map that eating establishments were in walking distance but after viewing are area felt it was unsafe to walk.
