First impression walking into the open aired lobby, we were met by a strange dog. Surrounding the entrance to the elevator entrance were laundry/linens in bags. Room was sparse, antiquated. Bed, pillows and linens shouted out “You’re Not Going To Sleep Good Tonight”. Final straw, air conditioner is directly above your head, blowing on you all night. Stay there was NOT worth the risk!!

The two girls at the reception desk were the best. They were so incredibly helpful with any request that we had. Stay at this hotel for vietnamese hospitality at its best:)

入住第一天就遇上隔壁有人辦喪事，感覺非常不良好！因為房間是面向那邊方向，做法事音樂聽得非常清楚（房間隔音很差）本想晚上在房間休息一下，但真忍受不住，去前台要求退房，但前台說不能退，只可以減一半房租！前台說一小時就完，但當時已經晚上7點多，很累，好想休息，沒完沒了的音樂受不了！去到第二天早上，準時6點又被這種音樂吵醒，唉！難受極了！想極束離開酒店也不行，辦喪事的就在唯一的出入口路上，可以通過spa店出外，但9點才開門！酒店也幫不了你，只能說倒霉！ 房間乾淨度一般，床單、枕頭都有漬，地下還有一卷卷頭髮！最後一晚掛了請勿打擾，房務員還是幫我清理了房間！ 酒店距離美溪沙灘5分鐘路程，很方便！

DaNang revisited

Lovely employees who were so kind and caring. Room spotless and quiet but dining room a little less. Only one block from My Kye Beach. Swimming pool cloudy so needed attention. Bathroom had no outlet for hairdryer or any electrical appliance. English communication weak.

DaNang revisited

Lovely, helpful employees. Quiet, comfortable room. WiFi service not great especially in my room. Swimming pool needs more attention because it is cloudy and there is no soap in the shower. My bathroom has no electrical outlet so must use my small mirror in main room for hair drying.

Lovely comfortable hotel but money was stolen

We had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious and had everything you could need. A great bathroom and shower and the bed was amazing! The location was great close to beach but local enough you could eat at street carts. However, I had money taken during my stay. I left my travel wallet out and had 200 aud taken by I believe the cleaning staff. When we confronted the staff about this they became very quiet and unhelpful. We had a wonderful stay but this definitely tainted the experience. I’d still recommend this hotel but be careful of your belongings.

Good

Clean, well-equipped room, friendly and attentive staff, though I wished they could speak a little more English. Only downside about the room is that the blinds in the room and toilet do not give much privacy, they are completely see-through from the outside at night time. Breakfast is good eventhough limited choice. Their pho is really good.

Good new clean hotel

Hotel is new and close to the beach. Staff is nice and friendly but with very limited english. Room is clean and with good size. Shower water pressure is so-so. Hot water is available. Breakfast is a bowl of vietnamese noodle with bottle of water. Not a big breakfast and it taste good.

Perfect for what we wanted

It was perfect with kitchen and good layout. The local market so close and the beach and plenty of restaurants all walking distance. The staff did not have very good english, but nothing google couldn't resolve. They staff made us feel very comfortable. I would stay there again as it is new, clean and good location. There is construction next door, but in Da Nang, there is construction next door to everything. They only work 7am-3pm. Quiet location in the evening and night. Comfortable beds.
