This hotel is very clean except for the bed. My sister end up getting 3 bug bites on her stomach.

This hotel is trying to look fancy but absolutely is not --- the cheap version of fancy. The beds are rock hard and the windows are single liners which allows you to hear everything whats going on outside the hotel. Absolutely no noise control windows which is just horrible. I was unable to lock my balcony door even. When I finally asked for extra cushioning to make the bed a bit softer I was laughed at by one of the front desk members. Breakfast staff extremely rude. Even have to pay for a little milk subsided since I am lactose intolerant. Just asked for a little bit for my coffee.

King Sea Facing room is nice with clean balcony (but bathtub draining is super slow). Front desk and BF buffet staff are dedicated and professional. Good breakfast variety. Rooftop infinity pool looks clean. Each booking gets 1 free afternoon tea party which is a nice touch to make Mandila a bit different than other hotels (but please play some soft classical music instead of the loud banging music). We stayed at 4 different hotels over 2 weeks in Da Nang and Mandila is our favorite. Keep improving for the better and you will get more guests.

Super close to the beach! All staff were helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and spacious. The pool and bar were both excellent. The infinity pool is small but it wasn't crowded. The view from their pool is AMAZING!

Very nice place, clean, comfortable. The only downside was that we were not allowed to play cards there. They stated that it was against Vietnamese law - seriously?

This nee hotel is spotless. The young staff are all very polite and offer the sense of hospitaluty and graciousness that is becoming a hallmark of Vietnamese tourism.

There was no hot water and room was a little dirty, especially the balcony, the previous person left their shoe there. Breakfast was really good and i upgraded to the ocean view room. The pool was a let down, looks better in the pictures.

Modern-looking hotel right across from My Khe Beach and within walking distance to a variety of restuarants. They do not have a luggage hold service so if you are there before check-in time or hanging around after check-out, be prepared to 1) take your luggage with you, or 2) leave your luggage unattended in the lobby if you want to go explore. Many of the guests just found a nook or corner in the lobby to stash their luggage while they went out exploring or to grab food, but my husband and I did not feel too comfortable with it so we ended up just waiting in the lobby until our room was ready. Staff was very responsive and expedited our room since they saw us waiting so we got ours an hour early. The room itself was very clean and modern; ours had an awesome partial view of the beach. The only negative was that our bathroom kept emitting an unbearable sewage/urine smell. We notified the front desk and housekeeping was able to somewhat address it. The smell came back overnight and wafted out to the rest of the space so we woke up to the entire room smelling like sewage. The manager apologized to us for this incident upon check-out and said she would have both the engineering and housekeeping crew take a look at it. Overall, a decent hotel if you’re looking to stay close to the beach but the accomodations do fall short of expectations.
