The hotel sent a greeting WhatsApp when we booked, and another nearer the time. They were willing to help with trips and taxis. They passed on messages from tours we had booked. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Long made us feel very welcome. She remember us on our second morning, recalling our room number. She made a point of speaking to us during breakfast. She made suggestions on were we could visit

Amazing staff! Greeted us every time they saw us with the utmost genuine smiles I hadn't seen States side for the longest time. Nguyen Long (hostess) and Le Thuong (receptionist) are sweethearts! There's many more, but I don't remember their names. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Location is prime ā€ not too busy - not too quiet. Two tips for anyone staying here: 1) wake up before sunrise and head across to the beach. You will not be disappointed. 2) let the hotel staff help arrange for your attraction visit such as BaNa Hills, etc. Save the headaches.

Right across the beach! Nice spacious lobby and room. I got a suite with separate living room it was worth it, big comfy bed, good bathtub and shower pressure was great. One balcony opens, next door has a delicious Resto with Aunty face on the menu, better to dine in at lunchtime when everything is fresh, convenient store is close. Downside was Breakfast was not the greatest, lots of Viet carbs and cold salads and food should be a bit warmer. Also the hallways and towels all smell of strong cleaning products, bad if youā€™re allergic or sensitive so good to have balcony to air things out. Only white bread avail if you want bread. Easy to get around from here I would recommend this hotel!

A comfortable hotel with a good location.

I enjoyed my stay. First the location is the best! swimming pool and breakfast were good for me. But the only problem is the shower room had poor drainage, so water flowed outside and the towel I used to dry my feet got soaked.

Really nice hotel, excellent service, great price!

Great price for a nice hotel with great location and wonderful service. Free airport shuttle! We even added a rollaway bed and one extra adult guest to one of the rooms for a very reasonable fee ā€¦ Daily Breakfast was great too! If we return to Da Nang we could easily choose this hotel again. Thanks.

Excellent location. Rooms are ok. Staff were good. Very noisy from 5-12pm from music in the vicinity. Internet is very very slow and often cut out.
