"This hotel had some great extras and some room for improvement.
Pros: The king bed in the castle tower bunk room was really comfortable. The staff was friendly and really helpful. The shuttle was awesome and the drivers were amazing (especially when I needed a scooter transfer the second day). The deli food was good and the selections were plenty for grab and go items. The Japanese restaurant staff were wonderful and the food was perfect.
Cons: There were not enough outlets by the bed, and one side was so loose, my plugs wouldn't stay in. The bunk beds were really hard. The shower had tons of hair looped around the drain, and the vent fan was really dirty.
We would still stay there again for the staff and the shuttle. "
