O hotel em si está precisando de uma boa reforma, quarto muito feio com cortinas horrível, banheiro sujo e todo manchado descarga estava vazando e pra completar no último dia ficamos sem água para tomar banho , café da manhã foi um dos piores que já tomei , só gostei mesmo da localização perto de tudo , a tv tinha vários canais que não tinha som, péssima experiência não indico

Por ser um prédio antigo, o hotel possui alguns problemas que precisam ser corrigidos urgentemente. Um deles seriam as condições dos banheiros da parte da frente do hotel. As janelas são antigas de ventarola, que ficam com quase um palmo abertas, não sendo possível fechar. Fazendo um frio de 2º em Curitiba, fica impossível usar o banheiro a noite. Precisa de manutenções nos vasos e pias, que sempre estão vazando. O ar condicionado dos quartos funcionam bem. A limpeza estava ótima. O café da manhã é o básico. Não há estacionamento no hotel, ficando o mais próximo há uns 200 metros do hotel. A equipe de funcionários é muito prestativa, em especial a Fernanda e os funcionários da recepção da noite, que são muito educados e solícitos.

Se vc está na dúvida com qualquer outro hotel, NÃO FIQUE NESTE. Barulho dos outros quartos; Cheiro de cigarro dos outros quartos; Vazamento no banheiro; Falta de limpeza no quarto; Falta de protocolos com som APÓS 00:00; CAFÉ RAZOÁVEL; Pior hotel da rede, já fiquei no nordeste e em Curitiba em outro da rede, mas este com certeza parece um pulgueiro. No dia 1° ficaram de trocar o quarto , pediu que eu desocupasse o quarto, e quando retornei o hotel lotou e ele não trocou, foi terrível ter que passar 3 noites naquelas condições. NÃO VOLTAREI !!
