The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the room was a very clean, small studio apartment with a couch, DR table, and kitchen with a small stove/oven and a 3/4 fridge. The room's motif was the Grizzly bear, with very good prints of the creature on the walls and two pillows on the couch. I enjoyed my night there and would return.

This is a cute mom and pop motel. Conveniently located in a safe area, it was quiet and private. The decor is very homey, the bed was very comfortable. I ended up in a room with a kitchen which was nice. The room was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in the area

We loved this quaint lil motel. It’s a mom n pop operation. It’s old but they have excellent upgrades to the rooms. Our room was perfect for our large family. The wi-fi didn’t work, the deadbolt wouldn’t latch but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Yes, the room was spotless and the staff wonderful. Very friendly staff. The motel was a perfect spot to stay and the town of Cottonwood was easy to navigate. We spent some time in the Verde River.

Staff was friendly and professional. Our room appeared to be newly remodeled and was cozy and clean. The motel is dog friendly so that was a great bonus. The motel was within walking distance to many different shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here the next time we're in Cottonwood!
