When we first checked in there was no water. We checked the bed for bed bugs and found mold on the mattress, we told the manager and he didnt seem to care. Tried to get our money back to no avail. Told them we were reporting them to the health department and he said i dont care. We had to find another place and pay double.

I’m a truck driver I stayed in some bad places but

The elevator was out of service so I told her I had two large totes of hunting gear so she puts me on the second floor and then I come back from hunting to take a shower so I can go eat there is no water in my room so I had to wait on them to figure out what value to open I had loose tile in the bathroom I step in type feels like it’s going to go through the floor I was scared to move

that they are charged me when I got there and since they didn't have house keepers told us we had to take our shoes off out side in our car and wasn't aloud to wear them in the building.

It was nasty the sheets was covered in sperm & stunk. When I told them about it they handed me sheets to change the bed. I requested my $71 back they told me that i was out of luck! I will NEVER STAY THERE EVER AGAIN! I EVEN SHOWED THEM PICS.

Everything you need!

Had a refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, you get a super small tube of each. Clean and convenient. I would recommend.

It was ok , better was the breakfast a few blocks away , we went for antiques in the area , 2 of which was closed . Go to the red barn tho found some nice bargains there

Check in inaccuracies

At check in, they charged my card TWICE. My reservation was paid for. These personnel then reversed one. Then they reversed the 2nd one and charged my acct TWICE more. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a room for the night as I was in the area for a little league tournament. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password... The Wi-Fi wasn't working! "Sorry" was all the response I received from the desk clerk. Only one room key for 2 adults was VERY odd to me. The room was clean, not sure that checking the refrigerator is on their cleaning list, there were beverages left from the last tenants.

Check-in was easy. Hotel management and housekeeping we're so friendly. We were asked many times if everything was good. The only issue we had was the mattress was a bit caved in and a little uncomfortable .Overall very happy.

Very dated hotel. Hotel struggled with wifi issues. Elevator has main bearing going and every ride seemed like it could be its last! Great location near highway with amenities close by. Took way too long to check in ( maybe because of wifi issues) Management needs to focus on customer care a little more. I’m from out of country so using my own phone data and plan cost me more than it should have. I hope that they can turn things around.
