We liked the room we booked, however housekeeping didn’t clean the room after our first night. We had to request coffee and towels through their Ivy website.

Place very dirty blood on bed sheets dust everywhere
Frustrating that you spend good money at their dining choices which are the only options within a reasonable option and you can't warm up your leftovers because their is no microwave. They say so not to have a fire hazards but I think the iron would be just as likely.
No fridge in room, but did like free drinks in casino/ food court area
The front desk folks were outstanding. Everything else was sub-par at best. One restaurant open and that is nothing more than a snack bar with bad food. C’mon - the Elevators were dirty. When the restaurants were open - the food was horrible. Smoking in the casino - complete turn off. Room was sub-par too. Would never stay there again.

The whole two days I was at the property there was no running hot water... When went down to speak with the manager and asked for a full refund she stated that I could not get one because I went through a third party and cop me out just for food as if me taking care of my personal hygiene we're not of importance...

Rooms were very nice, everywhere was very clean, Binions was exceptional, server Jennifer was the best. Had a great time with band Saturday night. Would definitely go again.

We were very impressed with the staff. Very attentive and very nice. The room was spacious and the hotel was beautiful! Loved the walking path outside. The rooms were also very quiet.
