Dirty rooms and sheets. Water cut off for hours during peak times for getting ready for the day.Construction very loud and early plus the electronics did not work half the time.

Construction not specified on apps. Bugs and stains on bed unsure what. Refrigerator did not work in one of my rooms and after 6 stays each time I checked in the TV remote needed batteries, unsure how that happens each room.

Tv controls never work. Constantly noise construction plus water never on when needed. Roaches and last stay my refrigerator was broke and lost all food for travel. This place is a poorly run Indian compound of filth.

Construction on the whole 2nd floor defeated the whole purpose of me getting a hotel for 2 days to get away. That through the day, and an annoying clicking humming sound from the bathroom vent throughout the day and night. Very unhappy

The first room was not good. Leaking walls when showering, yellow stains on shower curtain, and something in the sheets caused a rash. The lady we dealt most often with was incredible. She knew how to correct issues. She offered a new room and allowed us to inspect it before moving in. She knew how to resolve situations and was the best part of the stay. The owner / manager (Nick) could have taken a few lessons from his team. He was abrasive and rude, but we didn't have to see him often which actually improved the stay.

The room was very clean and the shower pressure was the best I've had in a long time, it was a great shower! The mattress was comfortable. The drawbacks were the pillows which were not comfortable at all, much too hard and lumpy for our taste, and a brief round of very loud rhythmic knocking coming through the wall from who knows where at 7:30am which woke us up - possibly a hot water pipe making noise when someone in another room was showering? Overall a good stay.
