Putt Putt golf within walking distance. Several restaurants nearby and fun town of Corydon.

Conveniently located and staff friendly.

Very accommodating staff, centrally located, rooms were clean but needed a little updating.

Staff (party of 1), a tired, somewhat strung-out middle aged man, said that they were the "manager on duty for second and third shifts, night manager, head maintenance person, and chief of security". Insisted they required collecting a large amount of personal information, including driver's license number, "in case there is a fire in the hotel, or the front desk gets robbed, so we can mail you a coupon for a free stay." That is a verbatim quote. I asked if the front desk got robbed often. He responded that they "had problems with that in the past". The rooms were mostly adequate, worn and sparse, but tolerably clean. Given the rest of the establishment, I did not participate in the breakfast offering, so I do not know its quality. The morning manager and owner, upon checking out, was unconcerned with coming to the desk when I rang the bell. After a few minutes, his wife walked by and said "Oh, he'll be out soon." He was friendly enough when he did arrive. Overall, it wasn't "I need to find a new hotel" bad, but it certainly didn't warrant staying there again unless there were no other options.

There was no hot water for morning shower. People all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was probably pretty nice at one time, but the facility it pretty well used up and in need of a thorough remodel.

The room needs a deep cleaning especially the carpet. It has a funky smell. I was here for too many days. This is definately a one night stay only.

I lost my purse and it was found quickly. Everything was intact. The room was clean and quiet at night. Check in and check out was efficient. Breakfast was nice and warm.

The A/C unit spewed mildew and the room smelled bad. The bathroom ceiling had mildew on it and the chair had a large stain. The carpet even felt damp. The good things:fabulous water pressure, free breakfast, and close to everything we were doing. Room was comfortable and cheap.

hen I went to check in we had payed for a king size bed. They said they did not have any got a queen. The room had chipping paint on all the ways. The bath room town holder was rusty and flaking. I went to flush the toilet and it must have been blocked. There was no clock, Good thing we all have cell phones. It was dirty behind the bed stand looked like it was not moved or vacaummed and it sure was not touched in the 3 days we were there Breakfast was dried out bread for toast and not much stocked. Dried biscuits. I was up by 6am and there was never much gravy in the crock pot. The only Ice machine is on the 3rd floor. When I went to get ice on Friday night there was another couple checking in and guess what the same thing they wanted a king bed but they did not have any you get a queen. I can say the next time we go to Corydon for the truck show I will spend more money and go back to the Hampton. You get what you pay for there. The room are clean and they have staff there unlike this place where one family owns it and they are the only ones there. NEVER AGAIN will I waste money on this place.

The owners and managers were super friendly and helpful. They were making some updates to the breakfast area but that didn't interfere with eating breakfast each morning. There were lots of fast food and chain restaurants close enough to walk to. Downtown Corydon was less than a 5 minute drive. Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Our room was clean and the front desk clerk was helpful. Although this is not a 5 star lodging it was quite reasonable for the price.

The room itself was fine. The internet was down when I showed up so they were unable to find my reservation in the system. They were able to give me a key for a room anyway, so that helped as I had just been traveling in the car for 6 hours. When the internet was back up and running, they still did not see my reservation that I pre-paid for (I ended up getting charged twice but that was quickly taken care of with no issues). I was only there one night and did not get a chance to use many of the amenities such as breakfast or the fitness room. However, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the TV remote worked (it's surprising how often it doesn't in hotel rooms in the past). It was in a good area, close to everything. The staff was also very friendly.

Convenient location. Bed was a bit firm! Bit of a musty smell to the room. Staff was friendly.

Did not stay. Was given two different rooms, both of which were occupied by other guests. Problem with computer system stating rooms were available that were not. Did not feel as though we could stay here safely. Took an hour of our time just to get cancellation.

Limited breakfast selection, if long stay would get tired of same offerings, okay for one or two overnight stays.

We checked in late and didn't. You've his bad the room truly was until the next day. Next morning found dirty socks in the room that weren't ours and mold on walls and in frames of pictures on wall. Staff at check in was rude and the next morning at check outno one attempted to ask how the stay was.

The staff did not speak very much English so it was hard to communicate. The rooms order tea stains on the Sheetz and holes in the wall. The door key every time you would use it the next time you would have to go to the front desk and have them too rerun it again because it would not work. I had to go to the front desk 6 times to get my key to work. In the evening the person that was supposed to be at the front desk kept leaving so if you needed anything you would not be able to talk to anyone I even called the front desk from my room and was unable to talk to anyone the phone just kept ringing.
