The property was very clean and the host provided excellent communication. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 dog. The TV is a smart TV and we watched several movies. The kitchen was missing smaller saucepans, but the host plans to replace. The house is on a very busy road and the sound of traffic did keep us from sleeping well, but the house is close to a Safeway and other amenities.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, near restaurants and best of all, away from the chaos of "campus life". The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the pots/pans/plates/cups necessary for "cooking in". Not sure about the upstairs beds, but the downstairs bed was one of the most comfortable that I've slept on between multiple vacation rentals and hotel rooms. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect for family get together

We had a great stay at this house. We were visiting my OSU student with both sets of grandparents. The space was great for our mini reunion! We noticed the traffic noise but were able to tune it out. There were a couple kitchen things we had to improvise (peeler, something to reseble plastic wrap).

Clean and Noisey

This property is clean and cute. It is located on a highway; the road noise is loud inside the house. It is also located next to a large construction site, which is also a source of daytime noise. We stayed two nights. The second night, the apartment in the basement was rented to a group who arrived around 1:00 am and partied very loudly until around 4:00 am. The connecting stairway from the basement is not insulated, it sounded like the party was in our kitchen. Our space was also filled with the odor of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Overall, not a good night's sleep.

Corvallis Business trip

This property was fantastic and very close to the project we are working on. There was plenty of space for the crew. The driveway parking and roadside parking handled all of our large work vehicles. The cleanliness and modern style home was perfect after a long day. This property also has a downstairs unit that can be rented, which we will definitely include on our next visit. Good Location to check out the OSU Campus & Enjoy Family Time

We greatly appreciated the personal shopper service! We arrived late in the evening, so having provisions in the refrigerator helped us start our first morning well. The washer and dryer were convenient. Very nice dinner at Castor- highly recommend. Mary was most helpful throughout the process!

Another wonderful stay

Mary was an excellent host, with detailed information about the home and area. The home is well stocked, clean and organized. Nicely renovated. Walking distance to parks, river and close to town and college. A comfortable stay for 2 teens, 2 adults and one small dog.

Perfect spot

I was taking my management team to a conference at the college. The house is adorable and very comfortable, with easy access to our destination. I wish we had more time to enjoy it.
