Welcome to Tmac’s House in a quiet county neighborhood, located down a long private driveway in the County. This house is on a shared 5 acre lot with lots of horses and deer around and on property. Located just 1 mile from the hospital and super close to town with an out of town feel. Only 11 miles from the entrance of Mesa Verde.

This 2 Bedroom/1 bath has great views of all the Southwest Mountain ranges.
Plenty of parking with car port. Washer/ Dryer and full kitchen. Rear patio with outside grill is perfect for hanging out. This is the perfect spot for home base for all the activities and adventures this area has to offer like Phil’s World Trail mountain bike park, Sand Canyon, 4 corners, Mesa Verde, and plenty more.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.

Great house in a quiet area close to Mesa Verde National Park. The house is updated and beautiful. Easy check in and host is easy to communicate with. Kitchen had all items needed, bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

This home was absolutely beautiful; everything you could possibly need. Talked with the horses daily, saw several deer from the kitchen window. Host was very communicative.

We had an amazing time in Cortez. A beautiful home with fantastic views. the home has everything you need and the host is very helpful. Lots of things to do, and in the late afternoon or early morning we had some deer in the garden. Super! thx for this wonderful opportunity!
