Kind of strange having the room in small hallway with three other rooms right next door. There were dead bugs on the air conditioner/heater and the tub floor needs fixed. The continental breakfast needs improvement as well. With all this being said the bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice.

Clean but the tub is flaking. Needs a redo. Good options for breakfast. Coffee maker in room. Easy check in and out. I was there 2 nights. Night 2 was quet. Night 1... next door had TV on all night! So, depends if you've a respectful neighbor or a git.

Beautiful spacious rooms that are very clean. Colors of yellow and an incredibly picturesque foto of the local reservoir covered 1/3 of the wall. Nice professional front desk staff named Kathy. Appreciated their accommodations of an iron and board, nice in room refrigerator and hooks for clothing and jackets. Well planned designed rooms.

We were given a room with a door lock that wasn't working and door threshold that had a half inch open space. There was no phone in the room, no way to speak to the front desk. The AC unit was loud and had a cycling knock noise. Carpets were dirty. Was given a second room that was being shown to another customer upon arrival. That room had a dime size sharp edged chip in the porcelain tub, hazardous. The phone in that room did not work as well. Carpet was dirty, There was dog feces just out side of our room door. We decided not to look around any longer and decided not to stay! While Ed at the front desk did try to accommodate, the options were not satisfactory, including an upcharge for a non-smoking room (which he later removed as we left, only upon request). Kathy Z., the Manager listed as On Duty was actually not on site, and said to be at another location, so was not available to help. Poor. Having booked through Expedia, the room was payed for, and now we have the chore of recouping our payment.

Overall the stay was good. The bed comfortable and the staff friendly. However, the carpet in the room was clean but stained, the floor squeaky, the bathtub needed work. This property needs some clean up.
