This property was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. First, we were booked in a King room and were given a room with a queen and full bed. At check in, we were told the WiFi information followed by “Don’t even try to connect though, it hasn’t worked at all”. When we arrived in the room there was a busted outlet creating an electrical/fire hazard. Then upon closing the door, we saw a roach crawling up the wall. To top it all off, the mattresses were covered in urine and other various stains. We were promised a refund for our stay by the hotel and are now going on a week of still fighting to receive our refund because the property manager refuses to call back or work with expedia. We have called multiple times and have now involved expedia (who have been excellent to work with) and they are now running us all in circles. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, However, there is a beautiful Hampton Inn that shares the same space, and it looked like an amazing property. Unfortunately they were fully booked but I would highly suggest going there instead of this atrocity.
