The house is beautiful inside and out, and the pool and hot tub were great. Unfortunately, the appearance was the highlight of our stay.We booked this property for its amenities, including Wi-Fi, but it never worked properly despite multiple requests for help. Two members of our group had work meetings and were unable to rely on the internet.The biggest issue was the strong sulfur odor from the well water system. The smell filled the house for most of the week and was so bad that my pregnant sister-in-law became sick and chose to sleep on the balcony. We were informed of the cause but no solution was provided.We also dealt with a clogged shower, a deteriorating faucet, only one towel per guest for the week, limited cleaning supplies, an overgrown yard, and poison ivy near the steps.Sun Realty attempted to help, but most issues remained unresolved. We travel frequently and stay in vacation rentals several times a year. This was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had, especially considering the price and the lack of resolution to major concerns.
