La sala de recreación está llena de una mesa de billar, un televisor de pantalla plana, un reproductor de DVD y un control deslizante para acceder al área de la piscina y una ducha al aire libre.

Nivel medio: 4 habitaciones, lavadora, secadora, sala de estar con barra para tragos, mini refrigerador, horno de microondas, sofá, TV de pantalla plana de 40 ", reproductor de DVD, deslizador a la cubierta posterior para acceder a la bañera de hidromasaje y al área de la piscina. Perfect Vacation

The house is exactly as listed We had an amazing week. With a lot of kids there was enough floors and rooms that parties could do their own thing and then we would meet up every evening. Quick walk to the beach, we were able to leave all our gear at the beach and it was never bothered. Highly recommended this rental. Never been before and water was a little cold, do your research on the time of year you go.

Reviewer Comments: We did have a great time however there were some things that should have been fixed that was not the refrigerator in the kitchen was not cooling...we had to use the refrigerator on the bottom floor...it was such a hassle, the bathtub on the bottom floor had a huge crack so we could not use that shower which was a hassle as well as we had 14 people in the house, there was some molding along the hand rail that was missing and had sharp edges which caused cuts on arms, the paint in the showers was peeling off the wall

Highly recommend

The house is as advertised. We had 4 kids (who chose to bunk up all together in the lower room) and 8 adults. We had plenty of room. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/appliances. The beach is walking distance. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. We instacarted from a nearby grocery store and had our groceries ready on arrival. You will need all the fixings for your stay as the fridge/pantry are completely cleaned/empty on arrival. Simple check in and check out process. You will need to bring all beach/pool stuff. This was mentioned in earlier reviews so it wasn’t a surprise and we came prepared. We had a wonderful stay. We never visit the same place twice but if we did we would come back to this house. Checked Outer banks off our list.

Vacation

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach . The top floor has been updated. It was a great space to enjoy the whole family. The updated bathroom was so pretty but the owner should finish a few small things to prevent the water on the new floor. The Pool was great! but the area around the pool can use some cleaning and updating!!! The bottom floor had many bugs and very old!! The hot tub didn’t work but after a call to the office someone came and fixed the hot tub and sprayed for bugs. The outhouse in front of the house was the biggest problem. After many calls as to why it was there it was never resolved. When my 3 year old granddaughter knew what house we were in by the outhouse in the front yard was embarrassing!!!!! I would rent this house again if it had more updates. I didn’t care for the bottom floor or the bugs or the outhouse!!!!

Reviewer Comments: Villa Corolla is a great house that is unfortunately suffering from neglect. When we first showed up, we noticed that nothing had been vacuumed, there were bugs all over the floor of the basement, and the whole house was sandy. It wasn't until we went to bed the first night that we realized that the sheets hadn't been changed either. There was sand, hair, and stains on most of the sheets; my bed even had blood on one of the pillows. It was obvious that the sheets were never changed and were just made with the previous renters sheets. There were several maintenance issues as well, including a broken glass shower door, broken kitchen cabinet, broken sliding door. The list goes on.After calling to get these issues fixed, it was smooth sailing for a few days before the bugs came back. I'm not sure what the deal is, but *hundreds* of roly-poly bugs crawled in and died on the ground floor of this house during our week there.I want to like this house, and would gladly stay there if these issues were fixed, but it's obvious this house isn't being taken care of.

Needs some attention to make this a nice stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family rented this home for 10 adults. Our stay was very enjoyable as we had other family members staying a few houses away and the weather was perfect while there. We enjoyed the breezes on the porches and the pool was great! However, the house was not clean when we arrived. The floors were dirty as evidenced by spill spots, crumbs in the carpet and dirty feet when walking around bare footed. There were dishes put away dirty and the dining table chairs were grimy requiring us to clean with sanitary wipes. There were no cleaning agents or dustpan provided. There was a partially empty soda can on a table on the deck. Every kitchen cabinet contained dishes/pots/pans so there was nowhere to store food except out on the counters. There was no gauge on the propane tank so we ran out of propane mid grilling with no refill available. No hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and no clothes lines for wet towels outdoors. No mirrors in the bedrooms except one which had hand prints all over it. One small chest of drawers in the each bedroom. The ice machine did not work and the refrigerator leaked. Poolside table was broken as well as some of the furniture. This was brought to the attention of management. Someone came out 2 days after but did not resolve the problem. Management offered to come clean the house after we mentioned that it was dirty on arrival but we had already wiped down surfaces and had moved all our belongings in so we declined that. Mainly the house just needed a better cleaning, replacement of broken furniture, additional propane and attention to those things that make a week’s stay more comfortable.

Great location needs some beach chairs

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros – You can’t beat the location. It is about 150 yards from the beach, a 10 minute walk to Food Lion, miniature golf, etc. It was a little dated but nothing extreme. It looks like the pool was recently added though it smaller than the picture showed but that wasn’t a big deal. The grill was new and very nice.Cons – It had most of the things that should be at a beach house. It had most of kitchen utensils you need, TVs and the like were fine. But, it was the extra amenities that you would expect in a beach house that seemed to be missing. Maybe it was due to being the end of the season, but the house had no beach items – no chairs, no sand toys, no umbrellas, no boogie boards, etc. It doesn’t have to have all the items but just some of them. They don’t have to be particularly nice just there. We bring some of these items figuring to supplement what is usually available at the beach house but our car was packed to the gills and there is only so much you can bring. There was nothing. So be prepared for that. My parents had a house on the Jersey shore for 20+ years that they rented out and they always had this type of stuff around. They considered it just a part of what was expected when you renting your house at the beach.There is no outside table to eat at – something like a wood picnic bench would be nice. We went for bushel of crabs one night and there was no real good place to break them down, but that is okay, the kitchen didn’t have any crackers, which we had to purchased.While the pool looked new, it had only 2 rather lame noodles. No pool toys like torpedoes, rings that sink to the bottom or the like for children to play with. We had to go out and buy a variety of pool items for our kids to play to use. Our kids made sure we didn’t leave those.The master bathroom on the top floor is huge with a big tub, unfortunately, the shower in that bathroom

Great master bathroom. Hot tub and pool were great. Other bathrooms were well used and dated. Both decks felt unsafe. Front deck was unsafe for children. Near the built in bench on the deck was an open area big enough for a child to fall through.

We had to keep our food in coolers in the kitchen. This was highly inconvenient. A maintenance man came and checked for us but said they had known about it for two weeks prior to our stay and they were waiting for a repairman to come. 2. The basement shower was cracked rendering it unable to take showers in. Another huge inconvenience for the family staying in the basement.3. There was mold on the inside of the green master bath.

Great Experience

Reviewer Comments: Villa Corolla was not the original property we rented. When we moved in the original house on Saturday afternoon we found many issues including unsafe decks, kitchen utensils that were old and very much needed to be replaced, and generally a not very well cleaned property. The rental company visited and agreed with the many issues. They offered us Villa Corolla and five families moved there on Sunday. This home is in excellent condition, clean, close to the beach and shopping. Although slightly smaller, it housed five couples, one additional adult and seven children very well. Kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was clean. Would consider renting it the next time. Hats off to Kitty Hawk Rentals for being so understanding and easy to work with

Fun time

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our house was ready at 4 as promised, but there were 2 other families that came in while we were checking in that their houses were not ready. If that happened to us I would not have been happy. I also placed a call to beach realty the day we arrived and the next day about our internet. We could not connect to it and no one showed up all week to look at it. We had problems with the pool and hot tub, someone did show up to look at it. Other than that it was a nice house. We did get the Internet working ourselves but it wasn't password protected.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our third time taking the extended family to the Crown Point community. Best community on the beach. Close to the beach; quiet, low traffic streets; great pools (community and the house); close to shopping; great bike trail out the front entrance. Plenty of space for everyone. We'll be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house furnishings i.e. bedrooms, living rooms, pool, spa, kitchen, etc. were very good. It is close to the beach access and the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. My only complaint is that there were roaches and ants in the home. I believe an exterminator is in order. Until the bugs are taken care of I would not recommend this property to anyone else.

LOVED feeding the turtles at the entrance to the housing community. Great vacation again!

The perfect place

The bed and bedding in the upstairs master is so comfortable, that alone might have made my vacation. But, there's also the porch swing, foosball table, hot tub, and swimming pool! The kitchen is well equipped and everything is comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
