Room was fine, except bathtub had numerous chips in porcelain. There was no reception desk, entryway etc. apparently renovation has been underway for a year with another year to go. Shame on Expedia for not informing us!

You rent a hotel room to guests that is under construction with no front desk or reception area and a “hot breakfast “ in a meeting room with no tables. You show be embarrassed!!

The hotel is undergoing a remodel so there was a lot going on. The room we had was remodel and looks great. The hotel is close to eateries and the interstate. Would stay here again if ever in London.
