Sheets had stains, garbage on the floor hair in the shower and on the sink faucet. We had a handicap shower but it is unsafe non handicap. The shower head is over to far which makes you have to stand on the curve of the tub. One of the people with me slipped and fell out of the shower. Staff at front desk were very accommodating. Offered us water but then realized they didn’t have any.

Dirty floor! Wasn’t cleaned before I arrived. I told the front desk and was greeted with a rude young lady acting like I was a pain for wanting my carpet clean. Next day no clean floor. I complained that evening. The man said he would have it taken care of. The next evening still dirty carpet. I complained again. Finally the last day they cleaned the carpet. In summary the place is a filthy mess.

I got to the hotel late: 9-10 pm. I was exhausted and just wanted to relax. The pool area was supposed to be open until 11 but it was already locked. No hot tub (wasn’t expecting one though as it wasn’t listed). However, have to go through pool area to get to “fitness center.” I wanted to take a quick Look for the am. The fitness center is a few random pieces of rusty equipment. The sheets were dirty. Found multiple hairs and stains.
