Great for the price

Stayed with friends for a convention, it was a very convenient spot within walking distance! Breakfast was great as far as hotel breakfasts go, and the room was clean and comfortable. Full sized fridge made meals cheaper too, since we could just go to the grocery store and not have to get takeout for every meal. All in all, a great deal for what we paid!

Nice place, dissappointing stay

We paid quite a bit to stay there for the weekend. Friday and Saturday night no sleep was to be had. There appeared to be a baseball tournament nearby. The entire hotel was over run by 10 year old boys, jumping up and down above our room, running up and down the halls all night long, knocking on our door and running off. When I called the front desk I could barely even hear the person who answered because of the parents in the lobby, I was told they would see what they could do but it did not stop the running up and down the halls and door knocking. Also, we paid 5 dollars a night to park in a private lot, but the gate to said lot stood open all weekend for anyone to park.

The hotel was great. Great breakfast options. The rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities were good with workout room and pool. Spacious for groups to enjoy time near the lobby. Only concern was the shower was slick. Would recommend having something on the surface to make it less slick.

Parking lot wasn’t very suitable for parking a trailer and the need for a gate code was inconvenient. Arrived late at night and you have to walk across the road and down a bit to get to the hotel. Had no extra bedding for the pull out sofa and staff wasn’t too pleased about bringing it when we called. They brought only one pillow. Only one tiny trash can in the whole suite. Large orange stain next to one of the beds on the carpet and some of the bedding was not clean. Overall, I would not stay again but I’m sure it would be a fine stay for some.

Check in super easy and accommodating since we were 3 hours before the check in hour. Room was very spacious. Crumbs on kitchen floor and living room couch.

Terrible experience, not worth what we paid.

Arrived in the early morning. Reqested early check in days earler and the Hotel was going to work with us. When we arrived the front desk staff had computer problems and we waited an hour while a rude frustrated staff person called managers to try to figure it out. Ask repeatedly why we used a third party booking service. No maid service Friday-Sunday. AC issues, toilet issues, outlets near the bathroom mirror didnt work. TV remote didnt work. When we finally got maid service they left the door open. Some of the front desk staff were very rude.
