I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk asked me for proof and documentation for my service animal. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, hotels are not allowed to request documentation for a service animal. When I attempted to show him information explaining that it’s illegal to ask for that, he refused to even look at it. On top of that, my card was manually charged twice for one night. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and concerning. Because of this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
