The house was clean and in very good condition. It was nice to be able to use the garage with the weather. Furniture was comfy. Beds were firm. Location was convenient to the hospital and it was a quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse was exceptional clean and we liked the layout a lot (especially the kitchen!) We had everything we needed. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. The garage was a plus. Very nice place. We would consider staying again if we are ever in that area.

Spacious and comfortable

Property was spotless, well-furnished, and with convenient access to the University of Iowa area. Just what my group was looking for when we planned to meet a friend here. Hosts were very responsive and made everything easy to navigate.

Family Visit and Hospital Visit

Absolutely wonderful property for a small family to stay for a visit to the area. Very clean, safe and quiet neighborhood and close to Iowa City and Coralville. Near anything needed. Highly Recommend!

One of our best rentals through VRBO

This stay was by far one of best rentals we have ever stayed in through VRBO. Christine was very helpful host in answering all of our questions along with making it possible for us to watch the Super Bowl on 2/11/2024. Easy access, beautiful kitchen, bedrooms each having their own separate bathrooms and close to shopping and restaurants was most definitely a plus for us. This was everything we needed for our 3 days trip away with friends. Thank you Christine!

Great Visit to Hawkeye Land

Slice of Hawkeye Heaven

Clean and in a quiet neighborhood, the property was easy to find. Access was secured through tech: Personal access codes so no worries about former guests having access. You will need to drive to most activities you have come to town for, but Coralville and campus are easy to get to. Hosts responded quickly to questions. Would stay again.

Lovely getaway on outskirts of town
