Rude desk clerk. I told her i reserved 2 rooms, she says nope you have one. I offered to show my reservation, she says nope you have to call Expedia. I was getting ready to call when i realized i put my buddies name in for the second room. With three adult men in front of her she didnt think to ask if there was a second name.

My room was infested with bed bugs ands I was bitten numerous times. The staff moved me to another room but offered no assistance at this time for the inconvenience or my bites.
